| Hi Stuart better late than never, I have some feedback finally from our stay. This time when we developed the feedback forms we had directly linked it to the PD itself so staff had to provide more beneficial feedback rather then having a winged. After the fact I had spoken with staff about accommodation, food, service and set up of function areas and everyone was extremely happy- hurray! The rooms were split perfectly and as usual well presented, the food we found 99% of the people were happy with all meals (bar our scones and carrot cake on the first afternoon tea) so again this is a huge improvement. The service was impeccable with all staff being friendly, Efficient, well presented and always willing to assist. Look forward to our next stay! Cheers PS the date scones were delicious.
