Room Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.
Apartment Allocation
All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested apartment.
Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative apartment will be allocated.
General
- Pets are not permitted
- Check In: Is from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.
- Check Out: Guests are asked to vacate rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure

Confirmed Bookings
- A booking that has not been confirmed via payment of a deposit is not guaranteed.
- A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation will confirm the booking.
- Bookings made within 14 days prior to check-in, full payment is required at time of booking.
Our Cancellation Policy
Your booking confirmation will include the Seaspray Restort & Spa cancellation Policy. The cancellation notice is 72 hours before arrival, i.e. you have to inform us of any cancellation 72 hours before arrival date. If the cancellation is made after this time, we may charge your credit card for the first night's accommodation.
What if I do not turn up without cancelling?
In this case a non-arrival fee will be charged against your credit card, normally equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation
What does the term "Cancellation Policy" mean?
This refers to the time limit in advance of arrival, before which you are entitled to cancel your booking without incurring a charge. In other words Seaspray Resort has a cancellation policy of 72 hours prior to arrival. If you cancel prior to this time, then you will not incur a charge. However, if you cancel less then 72 hours prior to your arrival, then a charge will be incurred. This charge will normally be equal to the first nights accommodation.
