Class Descriptions

Pilates Body and mind workout which strengthens and tones the entire body
Tai Chi A Chinese system of breathing control, physical exercise and meditation
Yoga Core strengthening movements which incorporates relaxation
Spin A fun cardio workout which includes interval training on a stationary bike
Fitball Pilate's principals on a fitball, this class will help you achieve a stronger, more flexible body.
Boxercise A boxing workout which incorporates combos and kicks for a thrilling cardio session
Pump Weight training workouts using a barbell, designed to tome and strengthen the body
Belly Dance Belly dance style workout
Yogalates A mix of Yoga and Pilates which incorporates strength and relaxation.
Zumba Dancing inspired aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout.
Step Combo A Fast and Exhilarating cardiovascular fitness class with the use of a step.
Circuit Mixture of strength and cardio working through stations
Kick N Box Fun A fun, interactive class  where participants can exchange and gain kickboxing and boxing techniques.
Junior Bellydance $9.00 per child - ages 5 to 15 years, Middle Eastern dance styles. Fitness, fun and laughter.
Introduction to Free Weight Training A class designed to help people with the transition from machines to Free Weight Training.
Group Personal Training option Get 5+ friends together and purchase an 8, 16 or 24 pack of Group Personal Training sessions to fast track your results using a variety of training techniques our trainers have designed to get you into tip top shape.
