The Rec Club at Seaspray is the Capricorn Coast Region’s first fully interactive, state-of-the-art Gymnasium and Health Club with an enormous and diverse range of indoor, outdoor and lifestyle.
Facilities include:

- Cardio equipment with personal entertainment monitors
- Fitlinxx Interactive System
- 25m heated lap pool
- Heated resort pool
- Four (4) tennis courts (hard and synthetic courts)
