Future Plans
Seaspray residents and visitors will soon have a new place to shop, dine and play, with construction moving ahead on a $13 million retail precinct in nearby Emu Park.
The Emu Park Village Centre, which is being delivered by the developers of Seaspray, will include a full line IGA , six specialty stores and office space.
The retail and office space is expected to be finished by mid 2011.
The new Village Centre is a huge boost for the Capricorn Coast region – more than 200 workers will be involved in the project and locals will no longer have to travel to Yeppoon to access a full-linesupermarket, with everything under one roof at their doorstep.
The Emu Park Village Centre is also a rare opportunity for astute vendors and business professionals.
Rob McArthur of Frank Knight Rockhampton is now leasing the six specialty stores to retailers keen to secure a prime position in the heart of Emu Park, close to the beach and park.
Also available on site is 120sqm of office space – perfect for professionals looking for a brand new, high quality working environment.
Mr McArthur says he expects both the retail stores and office tenancies to be secured quickly, as prime commercial real estate is not often made available in the Emu Park area.
