• Proven background in delivery of food service and standards
• Strong communication and people management skills with the ability to coach, mentor and train employees
• Industry and systems compliance, rosters, ordering, stock control, create exciting menus, manage costs & budgets
• Passionate and outgoing  with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be available to work weekends
