The Rockhampton Airport is well serviced with multiple flights to and from Brisbane daily, and direct flights from Sydney and Melbourne. Airlines flying into Rockhampton include Qantas Link, Virgin Blue, Tiger Airways and Jetstar.
For direct services the fly time from:
- Brisbane is just 55 minutes.
- Sydney is just 1hr 45mins.
- Melbourne is 2hr 30mins
By Coach and Bus
Greyhound Australia operates from the central bus terminal in Rockhampton with multiple services connecting Rockhampton with Brisbane and Cairns daily.
By Rail
Queensland Rail’s TravelTrain operates train services daily to Rockhampton from Brisbane and Cairns.
By Road

Local Bus Service
A comprehensive Bus Service operates daily between Yeppoon, Emu Park, Zilzie and Rockhampton.
Greyhound Australia will begin the new year with a new service between Rockhampton and Emu Park. This service has been started to satisfy growing passenger demands in the region. The timetable will start on January 4 2010 and will depart Rockhampton at 7:10am and 7:40pm. An Emu Park to Rockhampton service will run daily from 5:45am and 8:15pm.
