Conference Facilities

Seaspray offers a variety of venues for functions and conferences, from an intimate dining or boardroom experience to anything on a grand scale . Settings to choose from include Coco’s restaurant, Seaspray function rooms, piazza and deck or pool side concourse with options catering to conference groups ideally from 10 to 60 delegates and functions with up to 120 guests.

Coco’s @ Seaspray Restaurant

The spacious and chic Coco’s @ Seaspray licensed restaurant is a beautiful venue with sharp lines, creative coastal architecture, rich chocolate overtones, designer lighting and modern furnishings offering the style of a modern city venue in a relaxed beach side village. The exclusive use of the restaurant will offer you privacy and luxurious surrounds. (Minimum spend applies.)

There is full access to the piazza where guests may enjoy pre-dinner drinks and canapes as they look out across the pools and landscaped grounds. You have use of all our sound and audio facilities, as well as the kitchen, bar and proximity to the rest rooms.

A plasma screen TV,  projector and screen for presentation and a Sound system are available.

Piazza & Deck

Fancy cocktails at sunset? The piazza and deck overlooks the beautifully lit pools. The deck offers the perfect location for a band and dance floor, and we have gas heaters to ensure your guests remain comfortable in our cooler months.

Sunrise Room

As part of the restaurant on the upper level, the Sunrise Room offers the same atmosphere, in a more intimate space. This private room has access to the outdoor terrace area and piazza, full sound and audio facilities and bar.

Sunset Room

The Sunset Room is the perfect room for your corporate conference with access to a beautifully landscaped terrace for refreshment breaks. This room boasts state-of-the-art sound and audio facilities as well as a Data Projector and Interactive Whiteboard screen for stunning presentations.

Pool side Concourse

The pool side concourse on the lower level offers a gorgeous venue for waterside dinners and cocktail parties.

The pools, lawns and landscaped gardens are beautifully lit, ensuring a magical atmosphere for your function or event. We have gas heaters to ensure your guests remain comfortable in our cooler months, and proximity to the rest rooms. The Hut is located on the Concourse, providing serving facilities.
As this area is used by The Rec Club members and Resort guests, time and location restrictions apply.
